Prepare pig skin

Scrape the back with a knife as shown below

Remove the oil from the pigskin with a knife, leaving only a thin 10% of the pigskin, put it on a plate, add warm water, salt and baking soda, and wash until the water is clear (to remove grease and fishy smell)

Put the washed pigskin in a rice cooker, add cold water, and cook (I use the porridge stall), as long as it is boiled.

Take out the cooked pork skin and place it on the chopping board

Put in the pot

Add water, the ratio of water to pigskin is about 4:1; start heating, and keep stirring (to prevent pigskin from collapsing and mashing off) until the water boils, about 20 minutes later

Filter the boiled pig skin water with gauze (filter out pig skin and pig hair)

Pour out the drained pig skin

Put the filtered juice into the pot and cook until the juice is thick (according to personal preference, the thicker the juice is)

Prepare spinach, wash and blanch the spinach in hot water

The blanched spinach is chopped and laid flat on the bottom of the box

Add the filtered juice, stir well, wait for half an hour to solidify

Fill the remaining part with the remaining juice, (excess juice can be put in another container) and wait for it to cool (I cooled it overnight)
