Two Flavors of Pumpkin Pie

The pumpkin is steamed and set aside.

Add water milled glutinous rice flour, milk, sugar, and mix well.
3.
Make a pie and coat with sesame or bread crumbs.
4.
Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
5.
Out of the pot!
6.
The bread crumbs are more crispy, and the sesame ones are more waxy.

The food at home suggests that you can add some red bean paste next time:)
