Valentine's Day Chocolate Mousse Cup

Add white chocolate beans to the plain yogurt and heat to 50°C in water, stir with a manual whisk until the chocolate melts, cool and set aside.

Add 5 grams of rum to 110 grams of whipped cream to make 60% of the hair, which is still slightly fluid.

Divide the mixed chocolate paste three times with the whipped cream and mix evenly.

Melt the black chocolate in water, pour it into a plate and cool it with a spoon to scrape out the chocolate chips for decoration.

Pour the chocolate mousse into the cup and sprinkle some chocolate chips to decorate. You can choose the fruit according to your preference.
