1. Stir QQ sugar with appropriate amount of hot water to fully melt it, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to let it condense and form
2. Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften. I used a large piece of 10g, but it is OK to replace it with 10g gelatin powder
3. Prepare milk and cream
4. Heat the milk and cream over water, then add the softened gelatin flakes, stir well until the gelatin flakes are completely dissolved, then let cool
5. Take out the formed QQ jelly and press out a heart shape with a mold
6. Code the leftovers at the bottom of the cup (don't waste it)
7. Pour the cold milk into the cup, and leave the leftover material underneath. Place the heart on the top, use a crisp stick as the arm, and decorate it with colored candies.
