Vanilla Dried Fruit Oatmeal Cake

Material preparation;

Put the maltose syrup and butter in a pot, heat it down until it melts;

Put all the rest of the raw materials into the pot and mix them together evenly;

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, take a 20cm square bakeware mold, and cover it with a tarp;

Pour all the mixed materials into the baking pan, spread as much as possible with a spatula;

Bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until the finished product is golden brown. After the finished product is allowed to cool, cut into any shape and eat.
