Tips:
1. Smelly powder, scientific name ammonium bicarbonate, is one of the chemical swelling agents, colorless to white crystal, or white crystalline powder, slightly ammonia smell, relative density 1.586, melting point 107.5°C (rapid heating). It is stable at room temperature, easily weathered in the air, slightly hygroscopic, unstable to heat, and evaporates rapidly above 60°C. It is used in cakes that require a large amount of bulk. If you don't add stinky powder, you won't have the old-fashioned taste.
2. Set the time and temperature of the baking time according to different ovens.
