Tips:

1. Misandao is a traditional Chinese dessert. After hundreds of years of spreading, the methods and appearances of all parts of the country have changed in different ways. In the honey three knives introduced today, a sufficient amount of sesame is added to the leather, which has a strong sesame fragrance. Therefore, the absence of sesame on the crisp has no effect on the taste. But if you like the feeling of sesame seeds on the surface, you can also sprinkle more sesame seeds on the crisp material;
2. The syrup will be very thick after cooling. When soaking the syrup, keep the syrup at a higher temperature, otherwise it will hang too thick on the syrup. If the syrup is cold, you can reheat the syrup appropriately;
3. The "honey" in the three knives of honey refers to maltose. When buying maltose, buy light yellow or brownish-yellow, fluid maltose instead of maltose;
4. The peanut oil in the formula and the peanut oil used as frying oil, if not available, can be replaced with corn oil, soybean oil and other vegetable oils. But the taste of peanut oil is the most fragrant.
