Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients: 200g whipped cream, 200g milk, 2 egg yolks, 50g caster sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

Take out the inner bucket of the ice cream machine in advance, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for more than 15 hours

Pour the egg yolks and half of the sugar into a large bowl, and beat until thick and whitish. Add milk, stir evenly, place on the fire, heat on a low fire, stirring constantly until it boils. Continue to stir until the liquid is thick, remove from heat, add vanilla powder and stir evenly, let cool for later use.

Pour the remaining half of the sugar into the cream, and use a whisk to whipped to distribute. Add the custard and mix well,

Put the frozen ice cream machine inner bucket back into the machine, install the machine head, turn on the switch, pour the ice cream slurry from the feeding port, and close the lid of the feeding port. The ice cream gradually solidified during the stirring process. When the stirring rod stops rotating, the ice cream is made. Put the prepared ice cream into the ice box and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your preference.
Unfinished ice cream will harden when stored in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and it is not easy to pick up. You can take it after warming it up slightly.
