Vanilla Pudding

Stir the egg yolk gently. Pour the milk and cream into the pot and mix

Cut the vanilla bean pods, scrape out the vanilla seeds with the tip of a knife, then soak the pods into the milk, and put fine sugar in the milk

Boil on low heat until boiling, the sugar is completely melted, then remove from heat and let it warm

Remove the vanilla bean pods from the vanilla milk liquid, then slowly pour into the egg yolk, and stir gently while pouring.

Strain the egg and milk twice, divide the egg and milk evenly into molds, and pour about 2 cm of hot water into the baking pan

Put it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees, and bake for about 50 minutes until the pudding is solidified. The surface can still tremble slightly when shaking
