Vanilla Truffle

1. Prepare the main ingredient-vanilla filling

2. Pour whipped cream and butter into the pot, heat, stir to melt

3. Add vanilla seeds and invert syrup

4. Stir evenly, turn off the heat

5. Pour in chocolate chips

6. Stir and let the chocolate melt

7. Continue to stir evenly

8. About 6 grams/piece pour into the mold

9. Put it in the refrigerator and chill until set

10. Take it out and rub it into a circle with your hands

11. Knead them one by one and set aside

12. Prepare accessories-surface decoration

13. Break the chocolate into a bowl

14. Heated in water to melt

15. Wrap a layer of chocolate on the filling ball

16. Put it in powdered sugar and roll it around

Tips:

You can also directly solidify into a large piece without using a mold, and then cut into small pieces.

The filling ball does not have to be rolled into a perfect circle.

The temperature of the melted chocolate doesn’t need to be too high, it’s about 60 degrees.
