This is the breakfast for my son. The fried noodles with vegetables are rich in nutrition and colorful. After the child has eaten it, he will be energetic all day at school.

Vegetable Noodles

1. The screw noodles are cooked.

2. While cooking the noodles, cut the ham into strips.

3. Peel the carrots, wash and shred.

4. Chopped green onions.

5. Wash and shred the purple cabbage.

6. Pick and wash the rapeseed.

7. The noodles are cooked and taken out.

8. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

9. Add carrots and stir fry until they are broken.

10. Add the ham and stir fry.

11. Add ham, cabbage and rapeseed and stir fry.

12. Add the screw noodles and stir fry.

13. Add salt to taste.

Tips:

The noodles are difficult to cook, so they should cook for more than 10 minutes. It is best for children to cook for a while.
