Vegetable Rolls

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips.

Wash the purple cabbage shreds, then soak it in lightly salted water and drain the water.

Roll out the sushi curtain, put on the seaweed slices, and put on the bread slices.

Put on the vegetables. Squeeze the salad dressing.
