Vegetable Salad

Wash the arugula and cherry tomatoes, soak them in cool boil, and drain the water. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the arugula into sections.

Wash the lettuce balls, soak them in a cold boil, and drain the water. Shred.

Tips:
1. Because it is eaten raw, it must be washed and rinsed with cold water.
2. Every time I make this dish, I especially want to buy a spin dryer, which can easily dehydrate the water-soaked vegetables. Without a spin dryer, you can only rely on manual operation, shake off the moisture, and then shred. Moisture will affect the taste.
3. Bitter chrysanthemum is more difficult to buy. If you add more bitter chrysanthemum, cucumber, sweet corn kernels, the color will be richer and the nutrition will be more comprehensive.
4. Salad dressing I use Cupid's roasted sesame dressing. Ikea salad uses this dressing. I like this dressing very much. Of course, you can also replace it with your favorite salad dressing.
