Vegetable Sow

Wash the leaves off the sowcory.

Shred the onion, red pepper, ginger, and garlic.
3.
The sowcory is slightly pickled with plum salt.
4.
Take a small bowl, add ginger, garlic, and white vinegar to make a juice.
5.
Place the onions and red peppers on the bittern.
6.
Add cooked peanuts and drizzle with sauce.
7.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds, add chili oil, and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil.
