Lamb is one of the main meats eaten by the people of our country. Lamb is tenderer than pork, and has less fat and cholesterol content than pork and beef. Lamb meat is tender and easy to digest and absorb. Eating more lamb can help improve the body's immunity.

Lamb Fried Rice

1. Prepare ingredients: sauce lamb, green radish and carrots, diced

2. Put oil in a hot pan, add diced lamb, minced garlic, and minced ginger and stir fry a few times

3. Add carrots and diced green radish and stir fry a few times

4. Add the rice and stir fry a few times

5. Add soy sauce and salt

6. Add shrimp

7. Add chopped green onion

8. Stir fry evenly

9. Put bittern on the plate, then pour in the fried lamb rice, it’s delicious

Tips:

Turn off the heat when putting the chopped green onion, and stir-fry with the remaining heat
