A good soup for reducing heat and temperature in summer, clearing away heat and detoxification

Ingredients

Bitter Wheat Vegetable Soup

1. Wash the bitter lettuce, about 2-3 times, the bitter lettuce is more muddy, so wash it!

2. Cut it to the length you like to eat. I usually cut it to almost finger length.

3. Add peanut oil and saute minced garlic

4. Add bitter wheat vegetables and stir fry

5. You can add water when it feels like it's frying. If you want water, you can add as much soup as you want.

6. After putting in the water, boil on high heat and close the lid

7. Cook for about 5 minutes. After the bitter wheat vegetables are soft, uncover and add salt! That's it!
