Northeast Farmhouse Sauce Mixed with Shredded Vegetables

1. 1. Wash Chinese cabbage, sorrel, red pepper, coriander, cucumber and soak in light salt water for ten minutes to remove the moisture.

2. 2. Add sweet noodle sauce, garlic paste, chili oil, sugar, white vinegar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil to the seasoning bowl, stir well and set aside.

3. 3. Chinese cabbage, sorrel, red pepper, coriander and purple cabbage are torn into small pieces by hand, cucumber is smashed with the back of a knife, and all the ingredients are put into the pot.

4. 4. Pour the bowl of juice into the basin, stir evenly and serve.

Tips:

1. The variety of vegetables can be made with any dishes you like.

2. Since there is already saltiness in the sweet noodle sauce, I did not add additional salt. Friends with heavy mouths can add it in an appropriate amount.
