Vegetarian Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts

Wash the garlic sprouts and soak them in clean water (this is mainly because you don't worry about residues of pesticides), and soak dried mushrooms and dried fungus in warm water.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, cut the soaked mushrooms into strips, tear the fungus into small pieces, and mince the ginger.

Heat up the pan and sauté the minced ginger.

Pour in garlic sprouts and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the garlic sprouts are cooked at 6 or 7 minutes, pour in the mushrooms.

Stir fry evenly and continue to fry for a while.

Pour the fungus.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, and fry until broken.
9.
Season with salt and serve.
