Fried Rice with Lard

Chop fresh garlic sprouts and chop ham sausage into cubes

You can replace the ham sausage with other vegetables, or add an egg. I used fresh garlic sprouts because it has a unique fragrance. There is no chicken essence and MSG, because the oil consumption itself is relatively fresh.
