Vegetarian Vegetable Stir-fry

1. Ingredients: water celery, fungus, golden needle vegetable, yuba.

2. Wash the water celery and cut into sections.

3. Soak the fungus, yuba and golden needles, and then choose to wash them and put them in a boiling pot.

4. Cover the pot and blanch it for a while.

5. Fish up.

6. Prepare the gorgon sauce (oyster sauce, sugar, chicken powder, cornstarch, pepper, sesame oil and water).

7. Mix well.
