Stir-fried Pork with Cress

Wash and cut the above ingredients for later use. Add ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine and water starch to the meat slices and marinate for a while

Scatter the pork slices under hot oil and remove them for later use

Stir-fry the scallions in hot oil until fragrant

Add water celery and salt

Add meat slices

Tips:
1. The water celery is very tender, so the pan should be fried quickly
2. If you like spicy food, add some millet pepper to taste good
