It's the season to eat all kinds of wild vegetables. It's just that there is no place or resources to pick wild vegetables outside. More often, I look at other people's temptation. I didn’t know the delicacy of water celery before. Ever since I ate the water celery brought by my neighbor’s grandmother from my hometown, I knew that there is still such a wild vegetable to eat. After seeing this, my mother said that we also said this kind of water celery. There are many in my hometown, but no one has ever used it to fry and eat, and I have to pick a little bit to enjoy it when I go home. This water celery is super tender, it can be cut off with a light pinch, so I have to eat it as soon as it is fresh, so I can bring it so far away.
