This water celery does not look like this dish is very thick, but in fact it is hollow and has plenty of moisture, so it is very fresh and tender. Stir-fried Cress

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Shred the dried tofu, remove the leaves of the cress, wash and cut into sections

4. Stir-fry the cress in the pot until the color changes

5. Season with salt
