Video Homemade Bayberry Soda

Wash bayberry: Soak bayberry in salt water for about 10 minutes (bayberry: salt=50:1, 1000g bayberry, 20g salt is used), rinse after soaking.

Put the bayberry in a small soup pot, add rock sugar and clear water that has not been before bayberry.

Turn on medium and low heat, scoop up the fruit wax that floats on the surface after boiling (see Tip 1), and cook for 30 minutes.
