Video Soaked Bayberry Wine
1.
2.
Put bayberry and rock sugar in the bottle, a layer of bayberry, and a layer of rock sugar. (The amount of rock candy can be put according to your preference, I prefer sweet ones, I put about 750g rock candy.)
3.
Pour in high-quality liquor (53-degree sorghum liquor is used.)
4.
Liquor needs to be about 2cm higher than bayberry.
5.
Seal it well and put it in a cool place. The bayberry wine needs to be soaked for at least 1 month.
6.
I personally feel that it tastes best when it is soaked for 3-5 months, and it can be stored for about 2 years after being sealed.
