Prepare sorghum rice, buckwheat rice, millet, black rice, oat rice, rice

Prepare red beans, mung beans, goji berries, red dates, raisins and walnuts

Wash all the ingredients and put them in the rice cooker

Add 2000ml water

Put the red dates cored and sliced in the rice cooker, press the function button

Add brown sugar 10 minutes before the end of the rice cooker's work and mix well

Tips:
1. The rice cooker I use has a pressure cooker function. If an ordinary rice cooker is recommended, soak the beans first;
2. Adding brown sugar can nourish blood, and the amount of brown sugar can be adjusted according to taste.
