Walnut Beef Noodle
1.
Peel the onion, wash it and change the knife into small particles. Use the back of the knife to gently scrape the tomato skin, so that the skin can be easily peeled. Tomatoes cut into pieces
2.
Use a blender to teach the tomatoes into a sauce. Boil a pot of boiling water to cook the noodles. Because the noodles you bought are steamed, you can remove them as long as they are slightly blanched in the boiling water.
3.
After the noodles are taken out, let them pass in cold water to prevent sticking. Separate the pot, dig out a small amount of butter, melt it on a low heat, and then pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot.
4.
Add onion, saute it on low heat, add beef filling, change to high heat and stir-fry. When the beef is discolored, add tomato sauce, stir-fry until evenly, sprinkle in walnuts, repeat the above stir-fry action
5.
Season with fish sauce and black pepper, and pour the sauce on the noodles when you finally eat the noodles.
