Mix the fine sugar, stinky powder, and food powder, add lard and knead well, add raw oil and eggs, knead slightly milky white, add flour, and fold it until the dough is smooth.

Divide the dough into pieces and round them, and control it to about 20g each.

Slightly press it into a pie shape and place it in a tray with greased paper.

Use your fingers to press a small nest between the dough

Brush the egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, I sprinkle black and white.

The small oven I used took 170 degrees and took about 12 minutes to take it out.
Tips:
The above formula uses a lot of ingredients, and it is baked in a large oven. I did it twice, once in a large oven, and this time in a small oven. With less materials, you can reduce the materials proportionally.
When placing the raw embryos, be careful not to get too close to avoid sticking together during baking. Just leave a little space.
