Walnut Flax Seed Soy Milk

Soak the soybeans for 6 hours or more in advance

Tips:
1. If the wall breaker does not have a cooking function, you can stir the soaked soybeans, walnuts, flaxseeds and water together and cook them in a pot, or you can cook them like I did and then stir them.
2. The wall-breaking machine can mix very finely and finely. I did not filter out the soy milk residue, so I drank it all without wasting nourishment.
3. If there is no wall breaking machine, you can use soymilk machine, cooking machine or juice machine.
4. The amount of sugar added depends on the taste of each person. I used 20 grams of rock sugar, which is light and not very sweet.
