My husband likes to eat sushi very much, and I went to the hospital in the middle of the night because of food poisoning with him... Later, my husband seldom went to eat sushi with me. My main problem is that my stomach is not good, so I don’t eat sashimi when I eat sushi. This time, I bought 4 catties of octopus and 4 catties of Chinese seaweed. I plan to make a sushi party for my husband and aunts at home on the weekend. I tried it last night, and I will show my skills again on Sunday, hehe! I still have a lot of ingredients yet to arrive~

Ingredients

Warship Sushi

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Add 1 teaspoon of sushi vinegar to the cooked rice

3. After stirring well, put the rice in the refrigerator and freeze for half an hour

4. Place the plastic wrap on the sushi bamboo roll

5. Then put a piece of special seaweed on top of rice

6. Roll up and press

7. Cut off the excess seaweed

8. Cut into small pieces

9. I made two types of sushi rice balls

10. Add an appropriate amount of seaweed to a serving of sushi rice balls

11. Add the chopped octopus cubes to the other portion. Prepare the soy sauce and wasabi and finish it, and my husband is ready to try it

Tips:

After the rice is cooked, add half a bowl of sushi vinegar to 3 bowls of rice, mix well, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour before using, so it tastes better!
