Tips:
In winter, it can be fermented in an oven at a temperature of about 28 degrees. Put a bowl of hot boiling water on the bottom to help ferment. You can knead the dough by hand without a bread machine, but it will be more difficult to knead by hand. The temperature of the oven is poor. Make adjustments according to your own oven.
