Watermelon Coconut Hashima

Soak the snow clams in water for 10 hours before picking up the impurities.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a boiling pot, add two slices of ginger to boil, and then add the soaked snow clams to blanch for two minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Boil two bowls of water in the boiling pot, add the blanched snow clams to a boil, then change to low heat and cook for half an hour, then add coconut flour and cook.
