Watermelon Jelly

A small watermelon is divided into two.

Dig out the pulp and squeeze the pulp into juice.

250g of filtered watermelon juice.

10g white jelly.

Put the white jelly in the watermelon juice and heat it over a low heat.

While stirring until boiling, turn off the heat.

Transfer to a watermelon rind container.

It will freeze in a while. Cut into one tooth by tooth, and serve on a plate.

Tips:
The watermelon is very sweet, I didn't add any additional sugar.
