White Bean Paste
1.
Ingredients: 180 grams of basic white bean paste, 40 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of maltose, 10 grams of milk powder, a small amount of water
2.
Pour water and sugar into the pot and heat to melt. You don’t need too much water, just melt the sugar. I have a little more of this. Add the basic white bean paste, stir evenly, stir fry continuously, and collect the moisture
3.
When it is dry, add maltose and continue to stir fry until it is dry. Add milk powder, stir-fry evenly, continue to fry until it is not sticky
Tips:
The basic white bean paste is the kidney bean paste that has been peeled, cooked and drained. For details, please refer to the previous recipe. The water does not need to be added too much, just can dissolve the white sugar. I didn't pay much attention this time.
The white bean paste should be fried as much as possible to form a dough
