White Chocolate Baked Apricots

Prepare ingredients white chocolate chopped

Cut one apricot into 6 pieces, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and bake the apricots for 3 minutes

Sprinkle with white chocolate and bake for another 2 minutes

After baking, take it out and use a brush to brush away the baked chocolate

Sprinkle some unbaked white chocolate and Oreo cookies

Tips:
This is a harder apricot. Don't bake it for too long, or the apricot will be too soft to taste.
Pair it with white chocolate to break the acidity of apricots. Unbaked chocolate is chewy, and it has a rich layer of softness with apricots!
