White Fungus, Water Chestnut and Sydney Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Put the white fungus in the pot, pour in cold water and soak for 1 hour.

Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into pieces.

Peel the water chestnuts and cut into pieces.

Wash the soaked white fungus and tear it into small flowers, add an appropriate amount of water, and then add rock sugar.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
7.
Add Sydney and water chestnuts.
8.
Cook for another 20 minutes.
Tips:
Peeled water chestnuts should be soaked in clean water to avoid oxidation and blackening of horseshoes.
