This is the wild bream that Dad caught. It's so big, and a single head weighs a pound. Put the white radish into the fish head, it is very nutritious and tasty.

White Radish Bream Head

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the white radish into pieces and wash the fish head.

3. Fry the fish head on both sides in a frying pan, add ginger garlic and cooking wine

4. Put dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar

5. Put salt and sugar

6. Bring to a boil with water and high heat, then change to medium and low heat

7. After the fish head is 9 minutes cooked, add the radish and cook for a while

8. Add edamame and cook for 5 minutes to taste

9. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

The edamame is cooked beforehand. The softness and hardness of the radish is according to your preference.
