White Radish Lamb Soup
1.
Soak the purchased lamb (I bought lamb chops) in water for half a day, changing the water several times in between (remove some blood)
2.
Then put it in a pot and boil, put a few slices of ginger, and boil off the froth
3.
After cooking for a while, remove the lamb and put it in an electric pressure cooker
4.
Prepare the green onion, ginger slices, and peppercorns
5.
Cut the white radish into pieces (cut into larger pieces, or it will be stewed)
6.
Pour in the clear soup of lamb cooked just now, put ginger slices, two white onions, and some peppercorns
7.
Pour the radish into the pot, and put a little salt (don’t put it all in, add it when it’s not enough)
8.
Just simmer for more than an hour. Cut the garlic sprouts and parsley into small pieces and put them on the cooked mutton soup.
Tips:
If you use a normal pot to stew, you need to stew for two more hours, otherwise the stew will not be bad, and the radish can be added halfway through the stewing.
