Tips:
Bayberry: Avoid raw green onions; it is not suitable to eat with lamb belly and eel.
Those who feel that drying is time-consuming can also be heated in a microwave oven to evaporate the water and make the bayberry become dried bayberry, but it is better to dry the bayberry. I have not tried a microwave oven, so I don’t know if the dried bayberry will dry out after the moisture evaporates. The sun-dried bayberry is delicious. You can also eat it without sun-dried and strain the juice. It is also delicious.
The filtered bayberry juice can be drunk with a little sprite or boiled water. Because of the addition of lemon, it tastes sweet and lemony, and the taste is very good.
