The dried leaves of Artemisia sphaerocephala are removed, the dead branches are picked, washed, and the dryness is controlled to 70%. The hands are relatively damp, but it is better not to be wet.

Put the white wormwood in a basin, add flour and mix well, make sure that there is flour on each vein of the leaf, in order to increase the fluffiness of the cereal, you can knead another half of the steamed bun. Some people put five-spice powder, mix with oil and steam it. I have two ways of eating, so I didn't put these things.

The steamed buns are kneaded finely, which can increase the bulkiness of the cereals without making Artemisia angustifolia stick together during the steaming process.

Pour the mixed white wormwood on the cage cloth, boil the pot on the water, steam for 10 minutes and then take it out.

Pour some garlic, hot fry a few slices of pepper, and cook with garlic. If you like to eat chili, you can put some spicy pepper.

Tips:
Do not use too much flour. After mixing the white wormwood evenly, you can shake off the excess flour.
