Fortunately to get a trial of Joyoung's product-Joyoung Egg Steamer, I was very happy to receive the express. In fact, there was an egg steamer in the competition prize a few years ago, but it was never used. Unlike this time, the pink one is so cute.
I haven't eaten eggs for a long time, and I almost can't remember what it smells like. Many whitebaits my husband bought for me are still hibernating in the refrigerator, so let’s just steam them together.

Whitebait Steamed Custard

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. The whitebait is slightly soaked.

3. Knock the eggs into a bowl and stir to disperse.

4. Mix the egg liquid with cold boiled water at a ratio of 1:1, and mix well.

5. Filter out impurities.

6. Pick out the bubbles.

7. Pour in the soaked whitebait.

8. Pour appropriate water into the measuring cup on the heating plate of the egg steamer.

9. Put it in the compartment and place the egg bowl in the middle of the steaming tray.

10. Cover the outer cover, press the button, and steam until the water is dry.

11. The steamed custard is dipped in sesame oil and ready to be eaten.

Tips:

1. For steamed eggs, you can choose the right water level according to your personal taste.
2. Operate and use in strict accordance with the instructions, and you will definitely be able to eat satisfactory steamed eggs.
