Whole Grain Porridge

Prepare the ingredients, wash the coarse grains and put an appropriate amount of water to soak for half an hour

Then put the whole grains in the braising pot

Put in boiling water, cover and shake well and wait for 2 minutes

Pour out all the water to remove the raw water
5.
Then pour boiling water into the braising pot, put a small piece of rock sugar, cover tightly and simmer for nearly 4 hours
6.
4 hours open lid porridge has been cooked
