Whole Grain Rice

The proportions of the five kinds of miscellaneous grains are all the same. Wash twice with clean water and soak in pure water for at least five hours (I usually soak overnight)

After soaking, pour the rice into the rice cooker, put an appropriate amount of water, add a few drops of vinegar and oil, so that the cooked rice grains are distinct and the QQ bombs are chewy. Cover the lid and press the essence to cook (some rice cookers have a coarse grain button)

When the time is up, do not open it immediately after the trip and let the rice simmer for another 15 minutes. Open the lid and mix loose the rice.

Tips:
It must be soaked for enough time before cooking, or it will be hard. Put vinegar and cook in oil to make the rice grains more distinct and fragrant.
