Whole Wheat Potato Shreds

Shred potatoes, don’t need to be too thin

Add the shredded carrot and green onion, add a spoonful of salt and mix well.

Then add 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour

Beat in an egg after mixing well

Stir all the ingredients thoroughly

Brush the pan with some oil, use chopsticks and potato shreds to spread out on the pan, and turn it over on both sides.
Tips:
Don't rub the potato shreds too finely, first wrap the whole wheat flour on the potato shreds, and then put the eggs in, so that it will not become cloudy and will make it easy to shape.
