Winter Jujube Candied Haws

Clean the winter jujube

Cut the winter jujube from the middle and remove the seeds

Prepare bamboo skewers

Connect the winter jujube in series

Put water and rock sugar in the pot and bring to a boil

Simmer the sugar water over low heat until the color turns yellow and it is slightly viscous.

Tips:
1. Boiling sugar is the key. Use rock sugar for movement. When the sugar water turns yellow, it's basically OK. After a long time, the sugar will stick and affect the taste;
2. Choose longer bamboo sticks as far as possible, too short is not easy to grasp;
3. The sugar after cooling should be crispy and not sticky to teeth;
