Winter Jujube Candied Haws

1. Clean the winter jujube

2. Cut the winter jujube from the middle and remove the seeds

3. Prepare bamboo skewers

4. Connect the winter jujube in series

5. Put water and rock sugar in the pot and bring to a boil

6. Simmer the sugar water over low heat until the color turns yellow and it is slightly viscous.

7. Dip the skewers of winter jujube evenly in sugar water, place them on a plate, and wait for it to cool down.

Tips:

1. Boiling sugar is the key. Use rock sugar for movement. When the sugar water turns yellow, it's basically OK. After a long time, the sugar will stick and affect the taste;
2. Choose longer bamboo sticks as far as possible, too short is not easy to grasp;
3. The sugar after cooling should be crispy and not sticky to teeth;
