Tips:
The water added to the noodles should be based on non-stick hands. It should not be too dry. The fried cakes with too dry noodles will not taste good. The pot for kneading the glutinous rice noodles must not stick to the pot, otherwise the glutinous rice noodles will be difficult to clean up, and it is not easy to handle at the same time. Winter dates can also be replaced with other dates or sweet fruits.
