Soak the washed winter jujube in water for 20 minutes to increase the moisture of the winter jujube.

Wash the black sesame seeds.

The floured noodles are divided into four doughs, and each dough is rolled into a round cake of any size. Note: One noodle is slightly larger, the other three are the same size.

Chop the winter jujube. If you like sweets, add some sugar to the chopped winter jujube. If you like the salty flavor, you can add some salt.
