Winter Melon and Barley Bone Soup

Ingredients.

Soak the pork bones to wash away the blood.
3.
Wash the coix seed.
4.
Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.
5.
Bring to a boil and add the ribs to blanch water.
6.
Wash the blanched ribs with warm water and add them to the stewing pot.
7.
Add winter melon and barley, ginger and green onions.
8.
Add boiling water.
9.
Select the menu button of the stew pot for personal taste.
10.
After the stew, add salt to taste.

Bowl.
Tips:
1. The ribs can be blanched in boiling water, and then washed again. It can also be blanched in cold water to remove foam.
2. Stew in an ordinary pot, and put the winter melon afterwards.
