Winter Melon Balls and Vermicelli Soup

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces. Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften.

Add water to the casserole and bring to a boil. Add appropriate amount of ginger and green onions. Add the meatballs and cook for three to four minutes. After thawing, the frozen meatballs need to be boiled for a while before they are fully heated.

Then, add the winter melon and boil it for about 5 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of the winter melon.
