Winter Melon Boiled Frog

Peel the winter melon and cut into 1.5 cm thick strips. Slice the ginger. Season the frog meat with pepper, chicken powder, cornstarch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, mix and marinate for an hour.

Heat the pan first, then pour some oil into the ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Pour the meat and stir-fry until it is ripe.

Add a little oyster sauce and stir-fry the winter melon for a while, then add some water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes

When the wax gourd has almost absorbed water, pour the five mature frog meats and stir fry together and cook for 2 minutes.
