Frog meat is tender, low in fat, low in sugar, rich in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and many other vitamins. Although frog meat is delicious, it is not suitable to eat more. Garlic Frog Meat

1. Frog peeled, gutted and head
